This trend reflects a shift in the domestic esports community: from primarily online viewing, fans are increasingly willing to spend money to experience the live atmosphere of the arena.
LCP 2025 brings together the strongest teams from Japan, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. This is also the first time Vietnam has hosted such a large international tournament, providing a rare opportunity for fans to directly support the Vietnam Championship Series (VCS) teams on home ground.
GAM players have a high chance of appearing in the LCP finals this September.
The host city, Da Nang, a coastal city with modern event infrastructure and a popular tourist destination, transforms LCP into a combined sporting and leisure experience. In addition to the matches, the organizers plan to open a game experience zone, merchandise booths, meet-and-greets with players, and check-in activities for spectators. Top esports names will compete in Vietnam, a rare opportunity for fans to witness them firsthand.
A representative of the organizing committee said the high demand for LCP tickets was expected. The enthusiastic response from Vietnamese and international audiences demonstrates the growing appeal of esports and the willingness to invest in attending international events. This is a positive sign for the entire esports industry.
At the current sales rate, all LCP 2025 tickets are expected to sell out ahead of schedule. Reselling at higher prices has already appeared on unofficial channels. The organizers advise spectators to purchase tickets only through official LCP distribution channels to ensure their rights. They also affirmed their commitment to strictly controlling ticket sales to limit speculation.
