At Metain, we utilize blockchain technology (DeFi, NFT, Smart Contracts) to make investments in income producing real estates affordable, transparent, and safe. 

Affordable

We divide the value of income-producing real estate into small units. Each unit represented by an NFT. This makes investments (expensive, diversified portfolios of income-producing real estate) become affordable to individual investors (especially small investors) in the same way as investments in liquid securities.

Transparent

Even though we are not a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) legally. But we choose to follow REITs  regulations to provide transparency to investors. To follow REIT’s requirements and regulation, we disclose all financial information and report on material business developments and risks on a timely basis. To ensure immediate certainty of the outcome of prior agreement, without any third-party's involvement or time lose; we used smart contracts stored on a blockchain that automatically execute the agreement when predetermined conditions are met.

This guarantees that the REIT and the company will always do exactly as what is written in the NFT agreement. 

Safe

Blockchain transaction records are encrypted, which makes them very hard to hack. Once a condition is met, the contract is executed immediately. Because smart contracts are digital and automated, there’s no paperwork to process and no time spent reconciling errors that often result from manually filling in documents. And most importantly, there is no third-party involved, and the encrypted records of transactions are shared across participants, investors don’t need to question whether information has been altered for personal benefits or not.

Metain is a co-investment platform in real estate investments. Metain offers trustee bank services, tax opinion, audited financial statements and smart contracts to protect investors' money and interest while following REIT regulation properly.
