Market Segmentation:

Information Technology in general, digital transformation in particular, is a common trend around the world, including Vietnam. Since 2020, the government calls for increasing of digital transformation among all industries, creating a great opportunity for businesses to implement management innovation, and improve competitiveness.

As of December 31, 2018, Vietnam had more than 600 thousand active enterprises, of which more than 200 thousand small and medium enterprises. This is a group of potential customers, who cannot afford to build comprehensive management systems (which cost millions of dollars). (Ministry of Planning and Investment, 2020)

There are many ERP solutions on the market, and there are even softwares that are only a few thousand dollars for a lifetime license. However, most of these solutions do not meet the actual needs of businesses.
