Papaya serves as the crucial bridge for insurers to reach a new demographic of young consumers, who have become distant with insurance products, via digital means. We partner with digital ecosystems and provide them with insurance-as-a-service to plug into their platforms, and their users can access inurance as ease. Our back end modules allow for all digital processes across the insurance customer journey - purchase, epolicy, online policy management, and claim management. This full stack approach gives assurance to our digital partners that their users are taken care of properly after-sales; and drive better users engagement. We work relentlessly with insurance partners to ever improving the operational processes to bring out delightful customer experiences. 

Our plan is to bring insurance product to the modern days, to be much more than just an insurance policy that people only use when something bad happens. We continue to assess and add on extra relevant services (road side assistance, maintenance services, telehealth, medicine deliveries, etc.) to elevate the insurance offering into a well-thought proposition for customers. This way Papaya will have more engagements with customers more frequently and drive brand affection more effectively than a traditional insurer would. As Papaya is built on a digital back-bone, we would have much more data points to create innovative insurance products in the future, that can be personalized.
